Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to coaching services and packages purchased from Dynbone, operating at Level 1/294 King St, Newtown NSW 2042, Australia. We aim to provide clear and fair terms for all clients.

Nature of Services

Our offerings are coaching services delivered through scheduled sessions, digital portal access, and related materials. Because coaching is a service rather than a physical product, standard product return policies do not apply. This policy outlines cancellation, rescheduling, and refund conditions instead.

Foundation Session (Single Session)

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be rescheduled once at no additional charge. No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for a refund.

6-Week Sprint and 12-Week Program

If you cancel within 7 days of enrollment and before the first session has taken place, you are eligible for a full refund minus any administrative fees disclosed at purchase. After the first session has occurred, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions.

Session Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule individual sessions with at least 24 hours notice. One rescheduled session per month is included at no charge. Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to availability.

Coach-Initiated Cancellations

If we cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive the option to reschedule at no cost or receive a credit for the session value applied to your account.

Dissatisfaction

If you have concerns about your coaching experience, please contact us within 14 days of the relevant session. We will review your feedback and work toward a reasonable resolution, which may include additional support sessions or partial credit at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Sessions that have already been delivered
  • Portal setup fees after onboarding is complete
  • Third-party tool subscriptions arranged on your behalf

Refund requests are processed within 10 business days of approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). Services must be provided with due care and skill and be fit for the disclosed purpose.
